A fully pneumatic and automated machine with PLC, from where the operator coordinates all the functions electronically. Fast access to each of its variables, allowing to control speed, temperatures and activation of one or more stations, for a more efficient set-up.
Its pneumatic operation offers us a cleaner operation since it does not have mechanical drives with grease and oils. It also offers us very low maintenance costs due to the long life of the pneumatic. Less maintenance, less change of wear parts it’s equal to greater economy.
Functioning
The blister GB-100 is a compact machine of easy and intuitive handling. It is made of high-strength materials and light alloys, making it an easy-to-operate blister machine, where all parts of the machine can be quickly accessed, due to the protections are easy to dismantle and assemble.
Versatility
The GB-100 is a blister machine suitable to work with any type of materials like: PVC, PVDC, ACLAR or MULTINAMINATE and high barrier materials like the ALU-ALU.
The GB-100 is the ideal blister for applications in pilot plants, galenic development and small productions.
