Cutting dies
State-of-the-art technology, optimized designs, best quality materials and great knowledge that we have acquired for decades, make our customers to receive cutting and pre-cutting dies of optimum quality, with a long life and free of unplanned maintenance.
Dies ALU ALU
Packaging in ALU / ALU blister represents the ultimate barrier against moisture, oxygen and light to protect products. However, the ALU / ALU blister are as good as the format used to form and seal, that’s why is better to be a MEPREC format.
Coded characters
Meprec manufactures characters for coding on any machine, built in materials such as tempered steel, bronze and alloyed aluminum. We have an ample stock of immediate delivery for use in the main machines.
Thermoforming and sealing
Our tools are made of high quality materials and specific coatings for each application or material to be used.
Guidance Systems
Conduits or guides that carry formed material by each of the machine stations in an aligned and centered way. They are made of aluminum plus an anodized coating to prevent stains on white thermoformed materials.
Feeders
We design feeders for machines of continuous or intermittent movements. We use high quality and low weight materials with specialized coatings and approved by the FDA. Universal automatic feeders by staged brush box system with planetary brushes and circular sweeping brushes.
De-blister machine
In the MD 110 de-blister machine the blisters are manually fed through a set of rollers rotated by the main motor, which has speed variation according to the type of blister and product to be recovered.
Blister machine GB100
A fully pneumatic and automated machine with PLC, from where the operator coordinates all the functions electronically. Fast access to each of its variables, allowing to control speed, temperatures and activation of one or more stations, for a more efficient set-up.
